Are your staff insured?
All employees are covered under worker’s compensation, general liability and liquor liability insurance policies. Should you need to verify coverage, we will be more than happy to provide insurance certificates.

Are your staff employees or independent contractors?
For all event staff, StaffworkX is the employer of record and pays all state and federal withholding and payroll taxes. We do not employ independent contractors.

What if I have a staff emergency at an event?
When the unexpected happens, a member of our dedicated event staffing team is available 24/7/365. For larger orders, we also provide on-site alternate staff (at NO CHARGE), giving you the confidence that your order will be fully executed.
